Recoilless Technologies International Corp. Limited (“RTI”) is in the business of Research and Development into applications and systems for the incorporation of the Recoilless Technology in its various forms. This involves a number of processes within the overall business operation, which ultimately will result in the derivation of at least two streams of
income from RTI: R&D funding and license revenues. Until the generation of independent revenues from either R&D funding or licenses, RTI will rely on capital investments to fund its continuing commercial development efforts.

The Recoilless Technology is perceived to be one of the most significant innovations in over 700 years of weapons development. The Recoilless Technology can control and completely eliminate recoil as well as improve accuracy and durability coupled with the potential to expand into non weapon related applications.
